(NW) (3) Grab right bicep with left hand, then skip a half step to your right into horse stance with right inverted ridgehand strike (face-level). (E) (4) Bring left foot halfway towards right, then step forward with right into horse stance with right palmheel strike (mid-level). (N) (5) Step forward with left into horse stance with left palmheel strike (mid-level). (N) (6) Step forward with right into horse stance with right palmheel strike (mid-level). Kiai!!! (N) (7) Look over left shoulder. Cross right foot over left and then step with left foot into horse stance with double down blocks out to your sides. (S) (8) Skip a half step more in that same direction into horse stance again, cross arms in front of body and up into mountain posture. (S) (9) Look over right shoulder. Step in that direction with high left knee block and land in horse stance while striking with left outside forearm block and retaining mountain posture. (N) (10) Step in that same direction with high right knee block and land in horse stance while striking with right outside forearm block and retaining mountain posture. (N) (11) Step in that same direction with high left knee block and land in horse stance while striking with left outside forearm block and retaining mountain posture. (N) (12) Look 90 degrees right. Double down blocks out to your sides while straightening out your legs. (E) (13) Turn 90 degrees to the right (pivoting on left foot) into right forward stance with high right slap block and bo-jam block (in one continous movement). (S) (14) Turn hands thrust them behind you on your right (as if to throw away a trapped bo) while simultaneously bringing left foot behind right knee into a crane stance. (S) (15) Step forward into left forward stance with bo-jam block. (S) (16) Turn hands thrust them behind you on your left (as if to throw away a trapped bo) while simultaneously bringing right foot behind left knee into a crane stance. (S) (17) Step forward into right forward stance with bo-jam block. (S) (18) Spin 90 degrees to the right (pivoting on right foot) into left back stance with left down block and right upper-level backfist to the rear. (W) (19) Shift feet and body 180 degrees behind into right back stance with right down block and left upper-level backfist to the rear.
